Then it‘s time to get hands on and blend your truly unique blend with distinct flavours and textures. Bottle, name and label your own sample to take home and enjoy, The 150 - minute experience highlights wines crafted with tradition and showcases the essence of Australian terroir.

When you book a package through our website, you’ll be prompted to select a preferred date. Once you’ve chosen, we will check availability with the winery. If your selected date is unavailable, we’ll offer alternative dates or similar options that may suit your schedule.

• Luxury Coach Trip: Traveling from 100 Harbour Esplanade Docklands the pick up point and driving to the drop from point at De Bortoli Winery, this coach cover your trip and the time of the wine 45 minute and one the wine tasting is finishing our coach will drop back at the same place at pick up location. This coach is booked for up to 4 hours from the pick up and drop off and the same location of your winery trip, if you need to extend you must advise our staff if needed to be extended.

Booking and Package Policies

• Processing & Admin Fees: A 3.75% transaction fee is added to cover credit card and administrative processing.
• Additional Charges: Tolls and parking fees are not included in the package rate and will be added as applicable.
• Food & Beverage On Coach: Packages do not include food and beverages; however, catering options can be arranged based on the client’s request.

Insurance Bond & Refundable Deposit

• Security Bond: A refundable bond deposit of $3,500 is required to secure the booking. This amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days post-trip, contingent upon no damages or policy violations during the journey.
• Deposit Payment & Return Process: The bond deposit and journey fee should be paid as per the provided banking details to ensure prompt refund processing.

Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations will be discuss with De Bortoli Winery in relations to a full refund we do not guarantee that a refund will be refunded.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure will incur a 90% charge.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will forfeit the booking fee.

Client Conduct & Safety Policies

• Behavioural Expectations: Guests are required to maintain respectful conduct at all times. Any form of misconduct or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the trip without a refund.
• Smoking & Substance Use: Smoking, drug use, and alcohol consumption are prohibited unless expressly pre-approved.
• Cleanliness: The coach must be left in its original condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a deduction from the bond deposit.
• Arrival & Waiting Policies: The coach will arrive at the designated pickup location 15 minutes prior to departure. A maximum waiting time of 30 minutes is included, after which additional charges may apply.
